  • Floor 1 , please have the Ticket QR code and valid current government-issued ID ready to help expedite the check-in process.

  • Petals & Pages VIP Tea: 5pm to 7pm

  • Floor 1, Royal Lounge

  • VIP Grand Formal Dance: 6:54pm

  • Grand Formal Dance: 8:30pm

  • Floor 3, Grand Ballroom. QR Ticket sign-up required. Space is limited.

  • Open Dance Floor: 9pm to 11pm

  • Floor 3, Grand Ballroom. Open dance, no sign-up required.

  • Cloak & Prop Storage: 5pm to Midnight

  • Lost & Found- located at Cloak & Prop Check.

  • Floor 1, secure bag and coat check service.

  • Trinket Trading: 5pm to Midnight

  • Floors 1 & 3, with dedicated tables. Floor 3 game parlor, Floor 1 Royal Lounge.

  • Scavenger Hunt: 5pm to Midnight

  • Enchanted keys are hidden throughout the entire ball on all floors.

  • Candid Photos By Jennifer Bak: 5pm to 11pm

  • Wandering engagement capturing special moments throughout the ball.

  • Royal Dragon Handler: 5pm to Midnight

  • Wandering engagement including 3 performances in the Royal Lounge, floor 1.

  • Game Parlor: 5pm to 11:30pm

  • Floor 3, includes trinket trading table.

  • Ohio Bat Boys: 5pm to Midnight

  • Wandering engagement throughout the ball.

  • Bar Service: 5pm to 11:45pm

  • Floors 1 & 3, valid government issue ID required. Credit & Debit Card Only.
