  • Located at Paulette's Dance Studio: 4853 Monroe St, Toledo, Oh 43623. Please bring admission ticket / QR code. Dance lesson is free for guests of the ball, and $10 for general public.

  • Floor 1 , please have the Ticket QR code and valid current government-issued ID ready to help expedite the check-in process.

  • Petals & Pages VIP Tea:

  • VIP Grand Formal Dance:

  • Floor 3, Grand Ballroom. QR Ticket sign-up required. Space is limited.

  • Open Dance Floor: 

  • Floor 3, Grand Ballroom. Open dance, no sign-up required.

  • Cloak & Prop Storage: 

  • Lost & Found- located at Cloak & Prop Check.

  • Floor 1, secure bag and coat check service.

  • Trinket Trading: 

  • Floors 3, with dedicated room across from ballroom. 

  • Scavenger Hunt: 

  • Enchanted keys and mimics are hidden throughout the entire ball on all floors.

  • Candid Photos: 

  • Wandering engagement capturing special moments throughout the ball.

  • Swordplay Cosplay Workshops:

  • Floor 4, follow signs.

  • Bar Service:

  • Floor 1, Royal Lounge. Floor 3, Grand Ballroom. Card only, tips in cash.
