Whimsical and delightful, you are certain to find the perfect gift for someone else or even yourself as you shop among unique small businesses with a passion for all things fantasy.

  • Shop among authentic small business handmade businesses with a focus on fantasy and fandoms.

  • Santa's visitation is from 3pm to 6pm.

  • Fantasy Indie Booth Author Meet & Greet from 3p to 9pm.

  • 510st Star Wars Fandom Display & Costuming Community.

  • Table Top game lounge from 3pm to 9pm.

  • Canned food donation drive benefiting the SeaGate Food Bank.

  • Family-friendly cosplay is welcome.

Are you a small business that offers geeky and nerdy treasures? We would love to have you join us! To help us establish and stay firm on our commitment to hosting a quality Fantasy Holiday Market, we have a few guidelines we would like to review before applying.

  • We do not accept MLMs.

  • We do not accept AI content.

  • We do not accept bootleg products or art theft.

  • We do not accept mass-produced resellers.

  • Products and art sold at this event should be family-friendly.

  • All vendors must be legally registered in the state of Ohio, and are responsible for charging and submitting sales tax to the state.

  • 3d print vendors who have original designs and models are preferred to widely available stl file printers.

Vendor fees help cover the following: event venue rentals and promotional paid advertising.
