Legal & Code Of Coduct

GUEST CONDUCT AND EXPECTATIONS

All guests are expected to respect their surroundings, other guests, and themselves while attending events hosted by Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited.

  • Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited reserved the right to refuse service to any individual.

  • Guests are to dress in a manner suitable for the event.

  • Guests are responsible for any property damage they do.

  • Guests are required to have a legal government-issued ID or will be denied entrance into the event space.

  • Guests are responsible for any concerns regarding their allergies.

  • For paid admission events, guests must have proof of admission. Proof of admission must match the valid government issue Id used by the guest.

  • Guests cannot bring live blades or carry firearms to our events. Props should be harmless in nature. Prop weapons will be peace-tied after inspection.

  • Gathering Of Kingdoms is not responsible for theft at our event. Please secure all belongings.

  • Guests are reminded to engage in self-care while attending.

  • Service dogs with proper identification and service vests are permitted. The property does not allow pets or emotional support animals. Service animals and their needs are the responsibility of their owner. Reactive dogs will be asked to leave events.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic drinks onto the property unless the event expressly says so.

  • Guests are not allowed to bring any illegal substances on the property.

  • Flash photography is not permitted at our events.


REFUND POLICY

Tickets and admission are non-refundable. With permission from our team, tickets may be resold or transferred to another person. For ticket transfers, contact us through the event platform on which the tickets were purchased. Only accounts that own tickets can administer tickets.

REMOVAL FROM EVENT POLICY AND TERMS

We reserve the right to remove anyone from our event space without refund as deemed necessary in the interest of our event and our patron's safety. Individuals engaged in disorderly, dangerous, or harassing conduct will be removed. Intoxicated individuals or individuals under the influence of substances will be subject to removal. We are an LGBTQA+  inclusionary space. 

Our formal events are adult-only spaces, and anyone under 18 will be removed without a refund. Anyone under the age of 21 engaging in adult substances will be removed without refund. Anyone without legal government-issued ID will be denied entrance into the event space and will not be issued a refund.

CROWD RELEASE / NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
 

By entering an event or program hosted by Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

 

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with The Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

 

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

 

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
